2013 ACC Football Predictions

You’ll notice a bigger ACC this season as the league has expanded with Pitt and Syracuse joining. Bigger isn’t always better though. The league has fallen down the past few years as they haven’t been able to win big games against BCS conferences. This year they have two very strong teams in Clemson and Florida State. Each have a chance to show the ACC is a power league as Clemson faces Georgia to start the year and Florida State wraps up the regular season with Florida. If the ACC can win both of those, it’d be big in proving the league is a contender in the new playoff forward in future seasons.

The league will be better in the middle this year due to the expansion. When conference play starts up you should see very competitive games every Saturday this season.  You’ll see a wide range in many teams’ projected records as there are several games that we rate as “toss ups”.

We’ve run the formula through every game in the 2013 college football season.  We’ve calculated the results and are now ready to tell you how the 2013 season will go.  Check out the projected record overall and in the Atlantic Coast Conference for each team.
