National Semi-Final #1

West Regional Champion Michigan faces South Regional Champion Loyola-Chicago.

Michigan (32-5) won the Big Ten Tournament and has an average margin of victory in the tournament of 9.  They’ve alternated double digit wins and close games in their four tournament games.

Loyola-Chicago (32-5) were the conference and tournament champions in the Missouri Valley.  The Ramblers have an average margin of victory in the tournament of 5.  They won by 2, 1 and 1 before a 16 point win in the regional final.

National Semi-Final #2

Two #1 seeds face-off.  The East Regional Champion Villanova faces Midwest Regional Champion Kansas.

Villanova (34-4) won the Big East regular season and conference tournament.  They have won every tournament game by double figures and an average of 18.25 points per game.

Kansas (31-7) won the Big 12 regular season (again) and the conference tournament.  The Jayhawks beat Duke in Overtime of the Midwest Regional Final having won their last three games each by 4 points.
