Ranking and previewing NFL Week 4 games based upon our power rankings:

15.  Raiders at Bears – The Bears look to rebound from being shutout in Seattle last Sunday while the Raiders come in on a 2 game winning streak.

14.  Jets at Dolphins – This game comes to us early Sunday morning from London.  This could be a make or break game for the Dolphins with rumors beginning that Joe Philbin’s job is in serious jeopardy.

13.  Jaguars at Colts – The Colts rallied in the 4th quarter to get their first win of the year last week in Tennessee.  They’ll look to keep the momentum going against the Jags who are coming off giving up 51 points in New England.

12.  Cowboys at Saints – Drew Brees is injured but expected to play Sunday night.  The Cowboys should return to the running game and try to batter the New Orleans’ D.

11.  Browns at Chargers – The Chargers are coming off a lopsided loss in Minnesota last week.  The Browns have been up and down.  They should hang around but Phillip Rivers will lead his team to a win this Sunday.

10.  Eagles at Redskins – The Eagles bounced back after an 0-2 start with a nice win against the Jets.  The Redskins are unpredictable as one week they’ll look good and the exact opposite the next.  This game could go either way with as inconsistent as both have looked through their first three games.

9.  Panthers at Bucs – The Panthers are flying a little under the radar as a sneaky good team.  Their defense is stout again and should test rookie Jameis Winston this week.  Cam Newton makes the plays for the Panthers and keeps them winning.

8.  Texans at Falcons – The Falcons’ offense has been impressive so far.  The Texans need to find more playmakers.  It’s hard to see the Texans finding a way to win this one.

7.  Ravens at Steelers – An always tough game for both teams takes on extra importance this week.  The Ravens’ season hangs in the balance as they’re staring at an 0-4 start with a loss Thursday night in Pittsburgh.  How will Michael Vick do as the new starter in Pittsburgh with Ben Roethlisberger out for weeks?

6.  Packers at 49ers – Colin Kaepernick tries to comeback from a horrendous Sunday against the Cardinals last Sunday.  Can the 49ers defense step up and slow down the impressive Packers offense?  Not likely this week.

5.  Lions at Seahawks – The Seahawks shutout the Bears last Sunday after welcoming Kam Chancellor back.  They host a Lions team needing a win.  Marshawn Lynch is questionable but should play.

4.  Vikings at Broncos – The Broncos’ defense is going to get tested against Adrian Peterson this weekend.  The bigger test will be if the Vikings can handle the receivers the Broncos will throw at them.

3.  Giants at Bills – A very intriguing game.  Tyrod Taylor has been playing great for the Bills while the Giants have their offense humming as well.  These two teams are looking like playoff contenders so a win is crucial for both.

2.  Rams at Cardinals – The Cardinals are playing great while the Rams are trying to get their offense going.  Carson Palmer might get some pressure this week from the outstanding defensive line of the Rams.  Look for the Cards to find ways to keep making plays and win.

1.  Chiefs at Bengals – The Bengals are playing great to start the season.  They look to get to 4-0 against a Chiefs team that’s coming off back-to-back primetime losses.  The Chiefs should
