2015 Recap: 11-2 (8-1 in Big 12). The Oklahoma Sooners won the Big 12 and got invited to the College Football Playoff but fell 37-17 against Clemson. Baker Mayfield is back to lead Bob Stoops’ Sooners in 2016.
The 2016 schedule starts with a tough game against Houston at NRG Stadium. Then September 17, the Sooners host the Buckeyes of Ohio State in one of the biggest games of 2016. The conference should be good and challenge the Sooners but manageable.
