The Bottom Line on the 2019 NCAA Tournament
We saw major upsets last year and I think it continues this year, just not at the top. I’ve got chalk at the Final Four.
The first round could see a lot of upsets and the Sweet 16 could see some sleepers there. At the end of the day it’s the blue bloods…Duke and North Carolina having an epic fourth battle this season…for the National Championship. Roy Williams gets another title.
