College Basketball Predictions Armed Forces Classic – November 11, 2016

College Basketball is here!  It starts on Friday night with the Armed Forces Classic featuring a double header of highly ranked teams.

Indiana and Kansas face-off in one match-up while Arizona and Michigan State play in the other.  Three of the four are coming off of disappointing ends to their season with early exits in the NCAA Tournament.  With these four coaches, teams should be ready to go at the start of the year and make this a great double header to tip off the college basketball season.

Kansas went 33-5 (15-3 in the Big 12) last season before losing to eventual National Champion Villanova in the Elite Eight of the 2016 NCAA Tournament.  Bill Self has a very talented roster that should be national contenders again in 2016-17.

Indiana lost to North Carolina in the Sweet 16 last season finishing the year at 27-8 (15-3 in the Big Ten).  They need someone to step up and fill the void left behind by Yogi Ferrell.

Arizona is coming off a disappointing 2015-16 season where they finished 25-9 (12-6 in the Pac-12) and lost in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.

Michigan State was a favorite to cut down the nets last season before being upset in the first round of the NCAA Tournament by Middle Tennessee.  The Spartans must reload following a 29-6 (13-5 in the Big Ten) season.
