Can anyone beat Alabama? Wow were they impressive last Saturday night at LSU. The hypothetical Alabama vs. Clemson match-up has the Tide favored by 8.5 but I’d lay points. I can’t see anyone hanging within 10 of Alabama right now.

These are games that were considered for premium picks but didn’t make the cut.
Navy/UCF OVER 63 – I think UCF approaches this game as we don’t need to focus on stopping the option, we just need to get touchdowns. UCF is gonna pile on the points but Navy will get in the endzone at least a few times so this game goes way over.
Boston College +20 against Clemson – Clemson has been rolling teams but this sets up to be a closer game than people expect. It’s a night game at BC with College Gameday there. The crowd will be hyped and Boston College’s offensive line is good enough to hold up against Clemson. The Tigers beat the Eagles but not by three touchdowns.
Georgia Southern Moneyline against Troy – The Formulator calls for Georgia Southern to win outright as a 1.5 dog so take the better payout with the moneyline.
Boise State +3 against Fresno State (Friday Night) – Fresno State is a really good team. Boise is so tough in these spots though. A home game at night, opposing teams just seem to lose the Broncos in the blue turf.

Bengals +5.5 against the Saints – The Bengals are coming out of a bye week while the Saints are coming off of a win against the then undefeated LA Rams. I’ll take the Bengals to keep it close.
Dolphins +9.5 at Packers – The Packers are #18 in our power rankings, the Dolphins are #20. No way should this be nearly a double digit point spread.
Bucs -3 against Redskins – I have no faith in the Redskins. You never know what you’re going to get with this team. I’ll take the team that can put up points.
49ers -3 against Giants – I’ll take the Niners here against a Giants team going cross country. Kyle Shanahan will have his squad ready for primetime again.
