Free College Football Picks – Week 12 2017

Every week, I sit down and analyze every college football game on the board. I list out 10-15 games usually and then cut that list down to what becomes a premium play for that week.

Free Picks College Football Week 12

Here are some week 12 college football picks that nearly made the list:

UAB at Florida (-10.5, 48) – What does Florida have to play for? Winning this game won’t get them to a bowl game. Neither of these offenses scare opposing defenses, so I’d say this game will be close and low scoring.

Virginia at Miami (-19, 50) – The Canes come off a dominating performance last Saturday night over Notre Dame. This is an early kickoff and a spot where the Canes could sleepwalk through the early part of this game. I think Virginia keeps it close.

Cal at Stanford (-16, 55.5) – This is a big rivalry game. A Cal win sends them to a bowl. Stanford upset Washington last week so this line is probably a little inflated. Cal keeps this a single digit spread.

Illinois at Ohio State (-41, 53.5) – Illinois has struggled to score all season. They’ve only scored over 17 points in one Big Ten game this season and that was 24 against Rutgers. Ohio State’s offense is rolling and needs style points for the College Football Playoff Committee. The Buckeyes win big.

Nebraska at Penn State (-26.5, 55) – Penn State’s defense has been good all season. Nebraska’s offense has struggled. The Huskers aren’t going to put up more than 14 points in this game. How many will the Nittany Lions put up? I think this game goes Under.

These games were close to making the cut with our week 12 college football picks but didn’t quite make it.  We’ve cashed 6 straight college football picks!
