Epic game yesterday between the Bulls and Nets.  A three overtime game that saw some tremendous performances.  You’ve got to wonder if the Nets will come out in game 5 and try to get it back to Chicago or if they’re just done.  I went with two picks on a couple of games giving me six total yesterday.  Just fell short of going 3-3 as the Thunder/Rockets were a point under the total.  I went 2-4 putting my playoff record at 11-16-1 (41%).  Here’s to hoping for a better day.

Check out the Formulator’s picks for today’s games.

New York Knicks at Boston Celtics

With new yesterday of J.R. Smith being suspended for this game, it changes things a bit for the Knicks.  The Celtics have too much pride to simply pack it in and get swept out of the playoffs.  I expect them to give their best effort of the series in this one.  I think Carmelo Anthony is simply too much for them again and the Knicks get the sweep.

The Play:  Knicks -1.5

Miami Heat at Milwaukee Bucks

D-Wade is banged up.  I think he’ll play even if not at 100%.  The Bucks should be game but I think the Heat want to get this series over with and wait for the Bulls/Nets winner.  The spread is a tough one in this game.  I’ll take the total.

The Play:  Over 195.5

San Antonio Spurs at Los Angeles Lakers

The Lakers are done.  They’re simply too beat up to put a fight against the Spurs.  Get the brooms out as the Spurs are sweeping.

The Play: Spurs -11

Denver Nuggets at Golden State Warriors

This one will be the game of the day…again.  Two great teams battling it out for 48 minutes.  I think Denver is going to find a way to pull this one out.  The emotion won’t quite be the same for Golden State in this one as it was for game 3.  The Nuggets will pull out a close one.

The Play: Nuggets -1.5

Good luck and enjoy the games today!
