The National Hockey League is at the 2019 All-Star Break so it’s time to evaluate the league and see how the teams stack up as they head back to the ice.

The Tampa Bay Lightning are the best team in the NHL at the Break as they rank #1 in our new data driven NHL Power Rankings. They’re 7-3 in their last 10 games.

The Calgary Flames entered the All-Star Break with three straight win and are 8-1-1 in their last 10. They’re #2 in our data driven NHL power rankings.

The Winnipeg Jets enter the break off a loss but have won seven of their last 10 games. They’re #3.

The Toronto Maple Leafs were second in our last power rankings. They’re falling as they’ve dropped six of their last 10 and are now fourth in our newest NHL power rankings.

The Los Angeles Kings and Chicago Blackhawks have struggled but enter the All-Star Break off wins.

The Ottawa Senators are the lowest ranking team from the East and continue to drop having lost their last two games before the Break.
