The American Athletic Conference starts this year as former Big East Members join some former Conference USA teams to begin a new league. The league has a few Top 25 quality teams but most of this league ranks in the bottom half of the FBS. If not for Louisville knocking off Florida in the Sugar Bowl earlier this year, this league would have no respect entering the final year of the BCS. We project a team running the table in the AAC this year so that should keep the league on the map nationally.
